By booking an appointment with Studio L, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance. Please ensure you arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or cancellation.
Cancellations & No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in a fee or refusal of future bookings.
Consultations & Suitability
All treatments include a consultation prior to the appointment.
Studio L reserves the right to refuse or adapt treatments if they are deemed unsuitable for your health, skin, or nail condition.
Health & Medical Information
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities at the time of booking and during consultation. This ensures treatments can be carried out safely.
Patch Tests
Patch tests may be required for certain treatments. Clients who decline a recommended patch test do so at their own risk.
Introductory & Model Appointments
Introductory and model appointments are offered at a reduced rate while Studio L builds experience. These appointments may take longer and photographs may be taken for training or marketing purposes (with consent).
Results & Aftercare
Results can vary depending on individual skin and nail condition. Aftercare advice will be provided and should be followed to maintain results.
Personal Belongings
Studio L cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the salon.
Right to Refuse Service
Studio L reserves the right to refuse service to anyone where appropriate.
